How It Works
In the plan, click on the day that we are currently on. Each day there’s a devotional, a number of readings, and a Talk It Over section.
Start by clicking on the Devotional to see if we are starting a new book. If we are, there will be a summary video from the Bible Project that gives an overview of that book of the Bible. Then click on the first reading. At the top of each reading it shows the Bible version that you have selected. Click on it if you would like to change versions. Some versions have the option to read it to you.
Once you are finished with all the readings, go back to the Devotional and watch the video podcast by Tara Leigh Cobble.  There will be a check mark next to each item you’ve completed. If you’ve completed them all, a check mark will appear by the date to show you have completed the day.
We will post a daily discussion question in the Facebook group. We encourage everyone to post any comments/questions or things you’d like to share under the daily question. Feel free to share your “God Shot” with us as well!
We will have a monthly pitch-in lunch/meeting on the 4th Sunday after the 11AM service. Please bring something to share. It will be a great time to connect in person and meet our new Bible Reading Friends.  Sign-ups will be via the Facebook Group.
